What We Collect
When you get in touch, we collect what you give us through our enquiry form or by email/WhatsApp — your name, contact details, and the details of your story. If your order goes ahead, we'll also receive any photographs, footage, logos or other material you choose to share with us for production.
How We Use It
To respond to your enquiry, produce your video, and stay in touch about your order. We don't sell or share your details with third parties for marketing purposes.
Who Else Sees It
Our enquiry form is handled by our hosting provider's form service. If you're contacted through WhatsApp, that conversation is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms. Once we start using Google Analytics, this page will be updated to reflect that — it isn't in use yet.
Your Material
Photographs, footage and other files you supply are used only for producing your video and are handled as the sensitive, personal material they are. If you'd like your files deleted after delivery, just ask.

You can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time — just email .
