What You're Confirming

• You own, or have explicit permission to use, every photograph, video clip, logo and voice recording you supply.
• Anyone else identifiable in your material — staff, family, colleagues or anyone else — has consented to appear in your video.
• You understand your video may include AI-generated or AI-enhanced visuals, and you're comfortable with that.
• You understand we use commercially licensed music, fonts and stock assets, and we can't add copyrighted material you don't hold the rights to.
• You understand your video is a promotional, creative piece — it doesn't guarantee employment, sales, bookings or any other outcome.
• You understand fictional or AI-generated scenes in your video are illustrative, not literal proof of your work, qualifications or achievements.

When We Ask

This is confirmed as part of your enquiry and again before we start production, so it's clear and on record for both of us.

If Someone Else Needs to Consent

If your material includes other people — staff, family members, colleagues — we may ask you to confirm you have their consent, or ask them directly, before that material is used.
